A Legacy of Giving
The Jenn Foundation champions Central Indiana, its people, its neighborhoods, and the future we’re building together. Louis J. Jenn founded Jenn-Air in 1947 and made it his mission to give back to the community he called home. In 1964, he launched the Jenn Foundation, set deep roots here, and dedicated it to making a real difference for local families. Today, we focus on what matters most: supporting those who need it, investing in our community’s strength, and working side by side with neighbors to make Central Indiana a better place for everyone.
Meet our Board Members
Daniel R Jenn President/Chairman of the Board
Daniel R. Jenn, grandson of founder Louis, leads the foundation as President. He brings fresh energy and clear direction, making sure we honor our history while turning every donation into real, lasting value for the communities we serve. Outside the office, Daniel’s passion for cars is matched only by his love for animals.
Amy J Jenn Vice President/Board of Directors
Amy Jenn is the Vice President, calling central Indiana home her whole life. She learned early what honor duty and sacrifice mean growing up in a military family. She earned her degree from Ball State University in 1997. She loves animals and always finds ways to help the people around her making a real difference in the world.
Jennifer S Harris Member of the Board of Directors
Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Ball State University and her Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University, preparing her to make a real difference in the nonprofit world.
